The Yoga of „Being conscious“ is the key to an integrated health, to more Life energy and Happiness. With Yogi techniques we balance the energy flow of the Meridians/Nadis as well as our organic system. While supporting our body , we learn to activate our self healing abilities. We feed our soul, clear our mind, bring our body to an upright posture, learn how to recharge one´s batteries and how to release to become a more easy going person. We relax into each Asana (body posture) and with some exercise we cultivate this art to handle each situation of our life. The 90 minutes Yoga Sessions for groups ( only in german and spanish) are structured in a way, that all organic systems get the right attention. For example : Yoga for the spine, for the hormones, for the heart, for your awareness a.m.m.
Every participant will receive an individual respond, regarding his needs and possibilities.
After the session you will feel vitalized, but at the same time relaxed and balanced
In 10 private sessions Annette Harnisch can compile your personal exercise program.
Spinal Yoga
With Yogi Techniques we improve our metabolism system, our body-posture and the energy flow of our meridians/Nadis. In this way we counteract the wear and tear, prevent herniated discs, and achieve a better body-posture and a better attitude. The 60 minutes Yoga Sessions are structured in a way, that all organic systems get the right attention. After the session you will feel vital, but at the same time relaxed and balanced
Suffering spinal and joint pain Annette Harnisch recommends 10 private sessions, for which she will compile an individual exercise program.
